Washington University, Studied Color Theory at Harvard University, Linear Design at MIT and photography at Photoworks at Glen Echo Park. Freelance photographer; adjunct professor at Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, W.Va. 1988-89 and at Photoworks Glen Echo Park 1977-still do. Published in Washington Post Magazine,Rolling Stone, Esquire, Vogue, Newsweek, House & Garden, Garden Design, Smithsonian, Audubon, New York Times Magazine/Sophisticated Traveler, etc. Current exhibition "Listening to the Prairie" a traveling exhibition by the Smithsonian Institution's Museum of Natural History.
